You have the legal right to change your mind within 7 days and receive a refund. Goods must be returned unopened and at your expense.
We would ask you in all cases to contact us regarding returns. Due to the nature of the business, all perishable goods must be stored accordingly to health and safety standards.
We hope that you will be happy with your choice of our coffee blends. However, unwanted coffee cannot be returned.
We are happy to exchange blends provided they are returned in a saleable and unused condition and in their original packaging. See Exchanging Terms.
In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns of coffee capsules and food bites, where the packaging has been opened or damaged.
Damaged Goods Received
Should you receive an item damaged in transit, we would ask you to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
In the case of receiving a damaged machine, please notify us as soon as possible.
Creating A Return
No goods are to be returned unannounced. In the event of goods returning unannounced and without the appropriate returns steps being actioned the goods will be refused.

-Out of date stock (where such stock has been in customer storage)
-Product damaged by customer
-Passed the returns period stated on the website.
Creating A Return
If you wish to return goods, a Returns Request must be communicated to us. All goods returned will be checked and a credit will be refunded by our accounts department.
