Warranty Information

In the case that a repair is required for your machine, within the warranty period, this service is free of charge. After this period this same service is still available for a flat fee.

Warranty does not cover any damage relating to section 3.0 terms and the below conditions.

- Non sufficient cleaning which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

- Damages caused by user’s negligence (putting foreign objects in the product), filling the water tank with substances other than water (milk, vinegar, etc.) Or use of incorrect capsule type.

- Damages caused due to failure to comply with the user manual or damages caused due to repair or modification by someone other than us.
