Delivery

Prices quoted include the cost of delivery to a UK mainland address. 

All orders above the value of £50.00 will receive complimentary next working day delivery.

Below the price of £50 will incur a £6.50 charge. 

Dispatch

You should expect to receive your product order within 24 to 48 hours of placing it with us (although delays may occur due to reasons out of our control).

Machine lead time varies depending on the model.
Smaller machines (Next day to 5 days)
Larger machines (10 days maximum)

Please ensure the address provided is correct and you can accept your delivery within working days and hours.

Should the courier encounter a problem delivering to a stated address we will contact you.

Any deliveries unable to be successfully delivered, a refund will be issued once the items have returned to us.  

Courier Service  

A personalised text message or email will be sent directly to you advising the date and time of delivery. 

A predicted system is also offered with a one hour delivery time slot for advanced notice of when your parcel will arrive.

If you are not available for delivery acceptance you can choose to leave parcels at a specific location, in a safe place or at your nearest DPD Pickup (this is at your own risk and discretion). 

Acceptance 

If you receive an item damaged in transit, we would ask you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please include a digital image showing the damage to the item. We will then arrange for goods to be collected and replaced.

In the case of a damaged machine, please notify us as soon as possible, no later than 21 days from delivery. Your legal rights regarding defective products (those faulty) are not affected by our general terms of sale.
