TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What these terms cover. These are terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. Please read them before submitting an order to us.
Products may differ slightly from their pictures, images used on the website are for illustrative purposes. We have made effort to accurately display products.
1.0 Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. See Delivery for full terms.
1.2 When we will provide the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. Products will be delivered as soon as possible.
1.3 When you become responsible for the goods. Products will become your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address provided or when collection is arranged.
1.4 When you own goods. You own the product once we have received full payment.
1.5 When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept multiple payment options. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.
2.0 We will use the personal information you provide to us:
(a) to supply the products to you;
(b) to process your payment for the products; and
(c) to give you information about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us.
3.0 Supply of Equipment
Small Business Coffee Solutions will not be liable under the terms and conditions of this agreement for any work in relation to or required as a result of the following:
- Non sufficient cleaning which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
- Poor water quality.
- Unstable power supply to the equipment.
- Failure to follow the relevant manufacturers’ instructions in relation to the use of the equipment.
- Any repair to the equipment without the company’s recommendation.
- Any misuse, accidental damage, neglect, burglary, fire or theft or the loss of parts.
4.0 Machine Warranty
Purchasing a coffee machine will construct a one year warranty. If we receive a machine covered by the warranty for repair and it is not repairable, we will replace the coffee machine.
4.1 Cover. This warranty does not cover any damage relating to section 3.0 terms and conditions.
Always use coffee capsules provided from us for the machines. Incorrect capsule usage will be exempt from the warranty cover.
Cleaning your machine regularly will help keep it in optimum condition.
-You should receive a machine and cleaning guide via the email provided with your purchase. If you require additional manual's you can request this.
4.2 Extending Cover.
In the case that a repair is required for your machine, within the warranty period, this service is free of charge.
