Machine Ordering and Set-up

Ordering 

Orders (including pre-order machines) will be processed the same day within working hours. 

Delivery 

Machines in stock: delivery may take 1-2 days.

Pre-order machine: delivery will take 1-3 day lead time to arrive at us plus 1-2 days delivery to you.

Set-up

All machines purchased from the website will include manuals and guidance for setting up.

Machines are tank fed and do not require plumbing.

We offer a complimentary installation service for the LB2317 machine, to ensure it is positioned correctly and all operational instructions have been demonstrated.

For our smaller espresso machines, installation is not required however we do offer the same installation service if requested.
