You have the legal right to change your mind within 7 days and complete an exchange.
Exchanges are accepted subject to conditions. Goods must be returned unopened, unused and at your expense.
Perishable goods .
In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept exchanges of coffee capsules and food bites, where the packaging has been opened or damaged.
Should you receive a damaged machine, please notify us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement machine.
If your machine has become defective or broken during use we are happy to exchange for a new or alternative machine, subject to Terms 3.0 and 4.0 .
Creating A Exchange
If you wish to exchange goods, an Exchange Request must be communicated to us. All goods accepted for exchange will be checked by our team before replacement items are sent out.
